Jane Charnas has been working with individuals and couples for more than 30 years. 
With advanced training and vast experience in a variety of approaches--including
psychodynamic, cognitive, gestalt, imago, and others--she takes a flexible, eclectic
approach to working with individuals and couples, both heterosexual and gay/lesbian. 

She has trained extensively with Harville Hendrix and is an Advanced Clinician in
Imago Relationship Therapy. Dr. Hendrix is noted for his best selling book "Getting the Love You Want."

Dr. Charnas also has trained with Pat Love in helping individuals and couples with their
sexual relationships.  Dr. Love is noted for her best-selling book “Hot Monogamy.”

She has been helping patients since 1974, in private practice as well as other settings
including the court system and child and family clinics.
